Small Cuttlefish with olives sauce

Ingredients:
300 gr. of red tomatoes
parsley
1 onion
1 part of garlic
Salt
Olives
Aromatic Herbs
2 tins of Spanish Delicatessen small cuttlefish
Spanish Delicatessen small cuttlefish



Process:
Use a Frying pan to frie onion, garlic and parsley, and then add red tomatoes, cleaned, peeled and cutted, aromatic herbs and salt.
When the red tomatoes will be ready, withdraw from the frying pan, and coland it.
Aggregate the olives in half parts and spread it over the small cuttlefish.
Presentation suggestion: Serve the dish with parts of fried bread
